Special Hardened Shafts
The quality of the glasshard countershaft is decisive
for achieving optimum slitting results with the crush cut system. Due to their optimal hardening depth, the DIENES shafts can be used right to the outside edge of the roller surface and thus guarantee optimum service life.
For superior slitting results, the surface is available in finish ground, polished or super finish design. Depending on the application, the DIENES slitting shafts are dynamically balanced. The standard dimensions with an outside diameter up to 400 mm, roller length 3400 mm and total length 4000 mm is available as solid or hollow shaft, special dimensions on request.
