DIENES Kaizen Analysis:
The Japanese word KAIZEN means "continuous strive for excellence". In the context of quality management, it is translated into German as "continuous improvement process" (KVP). The organization and realization may be different, the constant efficiency optimization of the systems is, however, common to all processes.
