Auch bei gro\u00dfen Ventilen mit Vielfachzungen l\u00e4sst sich die neue Konstruktion, die eine pr\u00e4zise Montage ohne Hilfswerkzeuge erm\u00f6glicht, einsetzen.<\/p>\n<p>Die \u00fcbliche Lagesicherung durch Stifte ist durch besondere Umformverfahren nicht mehr erforderlich. An Ventilf\u00e4ngern angebrachte ma\u00dfgenaue Nocken \u00fcbernehmen als Baugruppe mit den zugeh\u00f6rigen Zungen die genaue Ausrichtung zum Ventilsitz.<\/p>\n<p>Einseitig eingespannte Saugzungen werden durch eine Feder an der Einspannstelle in Ruhelage gehalten, zweiseitig eingespannte Drucklamellen mit elastisch befestigtem Hubf\u00e4ngern.<br \/>\nVerwendung in \u00f6lgeschmierten Verdichtern, besonders bei Gefahr von Fl\u00fcssigkeitsschl\u00e4gen durch \u00d6l oder F\u00f6rdermittelkondensat.<\/p>\n<p>DIENES Zungenventile sind zur Verwendung in \u00f6lgeschmierten und trockenlaufenden Verdichtern vorgesehen.
