Les arbres et les bagues en verre dur de DIENES sont fabriqu\u00e9s individuellement pour le client et adapt\u00e9s aux porte-couteaux et aux couteaux utilis\u00e9s afin d&rsquo;obtenir des r\u00e9sultats de coupe et des dur\u00e9es de vie optimales. Outre les diff\u00e9rents traitements de surface, il existe \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un \u00e9quilibrage dynamique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En utilisant les machines \u00e0 meuler et les abrasifs les plus r\u00e9cents, DIENES produit des rouleaux, des arbres, des cylindres et des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dienes.de\/produkte\/rundmesser\/schneidbuechsen\/\">buses<\/a> dans des tours et des centres d&rsquo;usinage CNC de pointe. Dans la coupe par \u00e9crasement, un couteau d&rsquo;\u00e9crasement, sous pression, travaille contre la surface en verre dur d&rsquo;un arbre de coupe, l&rsquo;arbre en verre dur, et y coupe.  Comme il n&rsquo;y a pas de couteaux inf\u00e9rieurs, il n&rsquo;y a pas besoin de r\u00e9glage et la coupe peut se faire n&rsquo;importe o\u00f9 sur l&rsquo;arbre. En alternative aux arbres susmentionn\u00e9s, des anneaux en verre dur peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour la d\u00e9coupe par \u00e9crasement. Les anneaux, qui sont fabriqu\u00e9s selon les besoins du client, sont pouss\u00e9s sur un arbre et serr\u00e9s axialement et lat\u00e9ralement par des \u00e9crous d&rsquo;anneau.
