Circular knifes
Whether made of steel, powder metallurgical steel (DPM), carbide, special materials or refined – our circular knives always stand for perfection. In up to 40 operations, we use state-of-the-art technology to manufacture highly effective products that impress with precise and clean cutting edges in long-term use.
The DIENES standard program, developed with know-how, includes a wide range of paper and foil knives, recycling knives, shear knives, perforating knives, profile knives and shears, hem choppers and cross cutters. Our straight knives are available up to a length of 6,000 mm and with matching cutting bars and folding tools.
DIENES razor blades are particularly suitable for narrow cutting widths. They are preferably used for cutting ultra-thin plastic and metal foils. Especially the DIENES razor blades type “Diamond Black Blade” convince with superior sharpness, long service life and low serial tolerances.
Whether scissor-cut, crush-cut, burst-cut/razor-cut knife holder or hot-cut holder, whether from the Premium, Elite or Ultimate series – they all convince with the most precise knife guidance, long service life, simple operation and secure hold in daily use.
We offer you economically efficient standard solutions as well as custom-tailored special optimizations specifically adapted to your areas of application. Our slitting systems with circular and long knives, for cross cutters/equipment (up to 1,000 g/m2), bobbin slitters, narrow and large winders/support and backup winders (up to 3,100 m/min) are available as ready-to-plug-in systems for retrofitting or completely assembled and harmoniously integrated.
All DIENES valves are manufactured using optimized production processes and under constant quality control. Design and execution are created in close cooperation with our customers in order to achieve the best possible functional behavior of the entire compressor for the customer-specific application and to continuously improve the products.
DIENES guide rails impress with their µm accuracy, their hardness and professionally ground surface. Moreover, DIENES guide rails optimally match to customer-specific wishes and requirements. For example as roller and sliding rails for use in machine tools and transfer lines or as innovative developments in new systems and special applications.
In addition to our high-quality new products, you can of course also obtain the appropriate spare parts for your products from us. So you can replace components of your knife holders or individual knife holders in your cutting system easily and uncomplicatedly and can be sure that you will continue to receive DIENES quality.
