DIENES Service Tool for setting the vertical stroke

To adjust the vertical stroke, we have developed a magnetic tool. This is placed on the bottom knife. Then the top knife holder is supplied with compressed air for the vertical stroke (Attention: Do not supply the horizontal stroke). Now the adjusting screw for the vertical stroke must be turned to ensure slight contact of the upper knife with the adjusting tool. The vertical stroke is now set to an overlap of 0.8 mm.
