Whereas up to now the limit for longitudinal cutting speeds was approx. 3000 m/min, the DIENES mills have succeeded for the first time in using a knife holder with corresponding cutting tools successfully up to 3500 m cutting speed.

The knife holder PSG DF convinces in the paper industry with optimal cutting results. Cutting paper, cardboard and carton is possible with this knife holder at a web speed of up to 3500 m/min! This makes this innovative knife holder from DIENES unique. In addition, it offers other features such as the CSL technology for constant cutting pressure and the Easy Set adjustment slide. It is also equipped with the 360° safety hand guard for more operating safety.
